Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services. 100cici will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance but cannot guarantee notice in all circumstances.
The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by 100cici is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, Users consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
